Porridge

Serves 1

50g porridge oats or gluten-free oats

150ml water

150ml semi-skimmed milk

Method

Measure and weigh all of the ingredients.

Place the oats, water and milk into a small saucepan, bring to the boil and simmer gently for four minutes, stirring all the time.

Pour into a serving bowl and serve with  your choice of toppings.

We all had a stir.
