Breakfast Smoothie

Serves2

75g strawberries/or other berries of your choice.

1 ripe banana

150ml semi-skimmed milk

150g low-fat yoghurt or a small pot

1 x 5ml spoon honey

Method

Wash the berries in a colander.

Peel the banana and chop into pieces.

Put the milk, yoghurt, honey into the blender.

Blend for 30-40 seconds or until all the ingredients are smooth.

Pour into two tall glasses and enjoy.

Watching it blend.

It is delicious!
